The Islands Folk Festival is a family friendly folk festival with camping, food and craft vendors, and music for all kinds of folks to enjoy. A musical gathering to celebrate diversity in folk music, for the listeners, and for the dancers. The Islands Folk Festival offers a variety of music styles and performance spaces to suit everyone, from grandchild to grandparent. There are performers from five countries and four provinces who will be performing on three outdoors stages, as well as in The Chapel, and the Heritage Workshop Stage. The many styles offered up by the Islands Folk Festival performers includes: Blues, Bluegrass, Celtic, Folk, Global, Jazz, Reggae, Rockabilly, Roots, World, and of course Singer-Songwriters.
